The TITAN/Boeing Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by the Boeing company and Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc., DBA JEPPESEN (together, “SPONSOR”)

Entries may also be submitted by using public postings via user’s personal social media (Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram) and hashtaging #flywithjepp and #osh23. Promotion begins on June 22, 2023 and ends on July 26, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Central Time (“Promotion Period”). All entries received during Promotion Period are eligible.

Four (4) prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the Promotion Period to four (4) winners (each, a “Winner”). The prize is a ride with the TITAN Aerobatic Team on Thursday July 27, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. CT. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of any prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Each Winner will be notified by phone and/or contacted by social media via submitted channel on or about July 26 at 1:00 CT. To claim the prize, Winners must follow the instructions contained in the notification.

Prizes are non-transferrable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) will be permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is awarded AS IS without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchase will not improve odds of winning. Limit one (1) entry per submission. The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United States 18 years or older (or of majority in entrant’s state), excluding Rhode Island. Directors, officers, and employees of Sponsor and any of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each (together “Related Parties”) are not eligible to win this prize. As a condition of being awarded the prize, the prize Winner will be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability (“Affidavit”). All prizes will be awarded. Prizes may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Alternate winners may be selected if attempts to reach Winner are not successful. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and municipal laws and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Promotion and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Colorado. Entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, undelivered, damaged or misdirected entries and accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind resulting from an entrant’s participating in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these official rules or to terminate this Promotion. By entering the Promotion, you release Sponsor and any Related Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in conjunction with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize, including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, and damages related to personal injuries or death, damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional. Except where prohibited by law, entry into this Promotion constitutes permission to use entrant’s name, town of residence, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for Sponsor’s promotional consideration without further compensation or permission.
