Dibrugarh, India – Dibrugarh (VEMN) – Procedure information incorrect

VOR Rwy 05 (13-1) dated 6 MAR 26/effective 19 Mar

Jeppesen chart library contains incorrect information for Dibrugarh; Dibrugarh, India (VEMN). India AIRAC AIP SUP 30/26 (effective 19 March 2026) provided revised procedure information for VOR RWY 05 instrument approach procedure which was not incorporated.

– The minimum altitude on initial approach segment between (IAF) D16.0 [D223P] and (IF) D11.0 [CD05] should read 3000.
– The crossing altitude for (IF) D11.0 [CD05] should read 3000.
– Therefore, the profile view should depict a descent track from D11.0 [CD05] to the D5.8 [FD05].

The revised procedure chart will be published in revision 27 MAR 26. The revised chart (dated 27 MAR 26) is already effective on 19 March 2026. The chart will be made available for download from www.jeppesen.com.
