Jeppesen 10-8 chart, dated 21 NOV 25 includes runway changes that are not effective until 27 NOV 25. Customer distribution began on the 14 NOV 25 mail date and replaced the previous version of the 10-8 chart, dated 10 OCT 25.

The 10-8 chart dated 10 OCT 25 display runway information that is current, and this chart is to be considered primary until the updated 10-9 chart became effective.

The PHKO 10-8 chart dated 21 NOV 25 should be ignored since the content is not yet effective, and the PHKO 10-8 chart dated 10 OCT 25, which is attached to this chart alert, should be used until the new PHKO 10-9 is effective on 27 NOV 25.

The ILS and LOC (GS out) procedure for RWY 10 was revised with AIP SUP 194/2025 with an effective date of 27 NOV 2025.
The ILS and LOC (GS out) procedure for RWY 28 was revised with AIP SUP 195/2025 with an effective date of 27 NOV 2025.

According to NOTAMs G1135/25 and G1136/25 (both published 10 NOV 25), the CAT I procedure for RWY 28 and the CAT I procedure for RWY 10 became available WIE.

The following Jeppesen Standard charts will be published with revision 21 NOV 25 and replace the existing charts (11-2/11-2A and 11-6/11-6A/11-6B) with immediate effect:

– 11-2 ILS or LOC Rwy 10 (dated 21 NOV 25)
Only CAT I ILS procedure can be used.

Airport Vitoria Da Conquista (SBQV) is permanently closed for any operations and should not be referenced within Jeppesen Electronic Enroute Applications.

Revised coding will appear in Jeppesen NavData for cycle 2512, effective 27 November 2025. Until then an entry will appear in the EFB Change Notices, and this Alert will be posted on the Jeppesen Web site.
