Features

Flight Rooms

Flight Rooms are flight-specific chat rooms created by the app. Assigned flight crew are automatically added to the corresponding Flight Room, thereby ensuring all parties receive the latest updates and information, and keeping the team in lock-step throughout operations.

Role-based communication

With FlightChat, users can contact any other person based on their role, for example, pilot or maintenance controller. No longer do flight stakeholders need to know the name or numbers of every employee involved in their flight, but can contact the specific personnel they need, instantly.

Integrated communication

FlightChat utilizes APIs to connect to outside systems and services as needed, allowing for both push updates and query response.

Secure and retrievable communications

Conversations in Flight Rooms are automatically archived after a flight is completed, and are retrievable for later analysis. Additionally, all conversations are encrypted and secure.
