E-BOOK CODE REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS You will receive the redemption instructions at the email address associated with your Jeppesen account. You can also follow the steps below for redemption: 1. Go to https://shop.jeppesen.com/ 2. Log in to your account, go to “Order History”, and “Copy Code”. 3. Go to https://redshelf.com/ and log in to your existing RedShelf account. If you do not have a RedShelf account, select “Log In” then “Create an Account” to create one. 4. After logging into your RedShelf account, select “Redeem RedShelf Access Code”. Paste the code from “Order History”, then select “Redeem”. If you have multiple redemption codes, redeem one code at a time. 5. Select “Return To My Shelf” to return back to the main screen to redeem another E-book or begin using your new E-book. 6. You can download the RedShelf app on a mobile device and have online access to the E-book after successfully redeeming the E-book on the RedShelf website. PLEASE NOTE Each redemption code is only valid for one customer. E-books can be downloaded for offline viewing by selecting “Additional Options” and then selecting “Download for Offline.” E-books can only be downloaded on one device for offline viewing.
