Privacy Notice This Privacy Notice describes the use of your personal data related to your registration for the Crew Pairing Pre-release testing, and sets forth your privacy rights. We have established privacy and security measures both internally and in our relations with third parties to safeguard personal information in our data processing activities. Data Controller Data Controller for the processing of your personal data is the relevant Boeing entity whom you have engaged with in relation to the products and services offered, namely Jeppesen Systems AB in Sweden. Purpose and legal basis We will process your personal data for the purposes of administering your registration and collecting feedback in the course of the Pre-release testing. By registering for this activity, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data for above-mentioned purposes. What information we collect about you When registering for this activity, we will collect contact details from you including your name, email address, role, pairing proficiency, and name of your organization/ airline. We will also collect information you provide in an online survey and, if you are selected, a phone interview. Whom we share your data with Your information will primarily be processed by Jeppesen Systems AB in Sweden. The online survey will be carried out in a tool provided by Perceptyx Inc. and which stores the information in the United States. For more information, please see Perceptyx Inc. Privacy Policy. This means that your personal information is processed both within and outside the EU/EEA, in countries that may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country. Transfers to third countries We have taken appropriate safeguards to ensure your information remain protected in accordance with EU Data Protection laws including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses as required for transfers outside the EU/EEA. How long we will retain your data We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this notice and only to the extent permitted by law. Your Rights You have the possibility to withdraw your consent for the storage and use of your data at any time. You also have the right to receive information about the data stored with regard to your person and to have incorrect data deleted or corrected as well as object to or restrict our use of your information.
