Multiple Locations; Access to Terminal Charts

Jeppesen FliteDeck Pro and installed EFB chart updates for issue date 14 JUN 24 may be missing terminal charts at various locations. This applies to customers who have already downloaded the 14 JUN 24 revision. Operators who are on a bi-weekly even cycle are not impacted by this issue.

For a complete list of missing locations and charts, please refer to the list attached to this alert.

Mitigation for Missing Charts: For any users that have already updated their devices to the data published in JDM Pro this week, we recommend they reference the charting data in Trip Kit on Demand (TKOD) which will have those missing charts.

As an alternate mitigation for devices missing charts, EFB Administrators can find these charts in the following ground tools to create PDF copies for crews as needed:

• Ground Controls Chart Viewer
• eLink Online Chart Viewer

Jeppesen is working on a re-delivery of content for affected coverages which is expected to take a few more hours. During this time, FliteDeck Pro users will see Message 199.

We will notify customers once the new terminal chart content is available to download.
